Vancouver Wings — Restaurant in Delegación Josefa Vergara y Hernández

Well if your restaurant name indicates you sell wings, guess what you always should have ? Yes, chicken wings and boneless ! But when I visited boneless were not available. So I ordered a burger, which did not stated fries were included, so I ordered the vamcouver fries with cheese and catchup, since it was cheese and any sauce. Well the "waiter" or more like an attendee, brought me fries with the burger and the vancouver fries with ranch dressing. Who order ranch dressing ? Asking about the cheese, this young man told the vancouver fries do not have cheese ! Checking again the online menu, guess what ? It stated they come with Nacho Cheese and any dressing of my likings. Ok, we could argue now, the nacho cheese is not actually real cheese, but still it is not ranch dressing. So the fries came again, when I almost finished the burger. The music, I assume an assortment of the attendees playlist finest reaggeton or urban music, which certainly is not everyones favorite. Asking at their email address for an invoice, is still the worst experience. You will get an automated response, telling you, it is important to send the required documents, however having send ALL DOCUMENTS will not get any reaction at all either. So certainly one of those restaurants, where you rather look for alternatives, especially when you want to have boneless and where you can get your invoice online. Mal, estoy muy molesto, es el segundo domingo que intento comer ahí. El primero, nos pasaron faltaba poco para las 8 y tardo un mesero en acercarce a la mesa como 15 minutos para decirnos que la barra y la cocina cerrarían pronto y que ya no convenía el buffet, por lo que molestos nos fuimos, acudo la siguiente semana y llegamos a las 7 para evitar lo sucedido de la semana anterior, para que saliera una muchacha muy prepotente y nos dijera que ya no había alitas ni bonnles y que se había acabado todo y que ya no tenían servicio a las 7 cuando según abren a las 4 de la tarde por lo que nos retiramos más molestos, porque como es posible que un lugar así no cuente con la comida suficiente para atender la demanda de dicho lugar! Da la impresión que el personal no quiere trabajar, debido a los comentarios de otras personas. Cero muy mal nunca...
