Bistro Cava — Restaurant in Ensenada

Honestly a pleasant surprise. We were on our way to the parking garage to go to a restaurant in town. We were exhausted from a long day of driving and didn't even want to leave, but we felt like we didn't have an option. Our elevator got on the wrong floor (1 vs G) and we saw the restaurant open. Slow service and disappointing food. Server got multiple parts of our order wrong. Two of the staff members English were not good.at all. One completely unintelligible. Beans were made from a precooked dehydrated bean mix. Our drinks went without being refilled for almost 20 minutes. Staff standing around everywhere chatting it up. Tonight was our third bad experience at the Restaurant. Despite having called and made reservations over two weeks ago, we were refused service. This is probably why the restaurant was almost empty. The reservation list had less than thirty entries, which should be full on a night like Christmas Eve.
