Blanca Cocina quickly made my list of top restaurants, ever. Hidden away in Ensenada, this place is a true treasure to be discovered. The owners are world travelers and spent many years cooking for some of the best in New York City and across the world. Their skill becomes obvious from the first bite. Each dish was an experience. Fresh, local ingredients and carefully curated creations. Flavor that almost brought us to tears, no joke. I can not recommend Blanca enough. If you only go to one place in Ensenada, go here! Service was excellent, as was the ambiance. Can’t wait to go back here many times to come....
