The place is excellent I like the way it's situated I like the fact that I can pull in there in my vehicle is going to be secure actually started having a issue with the drain plug leaking a little bit of oil and they didn't give me a hassle about it at all they put the cardboard underneath there for me I was having some issues with the booking platform that I was using getting the right days in the accommodated me and I left actually I had a another day on the books and I left before I used it but I also told him a day so they even just you know paid Peter with Paul and didn't call me or hassle me about it the room is always clean the ladies who were responsible for cleaning rooms always stay the world will job the rooms aren't very big by any means so I won't imply that but they are very accommodating and very comfortable and cozy for what they what what is there and the showers are cleaned bathrooms they had a AC and you know there was a way to ventilate the room from one side to the other side and everybody was quiet after hours it wasn't one of those places that was still kind of run bunches or whatever it was very quiet and reminiscent of being back in the United States when you're in certain neighborhoods and everybody's gone to sleep and it's quiet it's kind of nice to know that I'm in another country and people have the same sentiment in that regard if I return to innocence which I do plan to do I will definitely be making a reservation there and every time I return from that point forward I will be doing the same thumbs up to...

Lo bueno: Es limpio, la cama esta cómoda y la ubicación está cerca de la zona turística.

Lo malo: La acústica del lugar es la peor que he experimentado, todos los días fuimos despertados por alguna cosa diferente. Se escucha abosutamente todo, la gente que camina y habla por los pasillos, los perros, motocicletas, la alarma de los teléfonos de otros cuartos, los ronquidos de las personas de otros cuartos, cuando le bajan al baño los otros cuartos, los trabajadores del mismo hotel, se escuchaba un teléfono todo el tiempo, no se si era de alguna oficina del hotel o de las chicas del servicio de limpieza. El agua del complejo está exageradamente salada parece que te bañas en sudor. Para lavarme los dientes y la cara usaba agua embotellada porque el sabor era demasiado fuerte. (Lo se porque mi hermano vive en Ensenada y en su casa el agua era más salada de lo que acostumbramos pero no al nivel de la del hotel) Además la temperatura de la regadera fluctuaba mucho de pronto salía súper caliente y de pronto súper fría.

No hay suficiente espacio en el estacionamiento, si tienen carro lleguen temprano porque se satura

El desayuno buffet que te ofrecen daba MUCHO que desea, de los 4 días que nos quedamos ahí, sólo desayunamos 1 vez, además las personas que te atienden no eran muy amables.

Las toallas están chiquititas siempre pidan extra

La tarjeta de la habitación se nos desprogramo todos los días y teníamos que ir a recepción a que la activaran de nuevo

Hay que fijarse en los impuestos por que en el precio final todavía nos cobraron un 8% más 5%

El check out es tardado si quieres que te regresen tu depósito

No hay donde guardar tus cosas, ni cajones, ni closet ni nada solo tienen 1 porta maletas y una pequeña barrita empotrada en la pared, ah y 1 sillita como de sala de espera.

Las habitaciones se ven grandes en las fotografías, pero no lo son, de la cama a los lados sobrara 1 metro si acaso, no hay espacio para circular.

El lugar en general se le ve descuidado tanto las habitaciones como el lobby, es más un hotel de paso que uno donde te quedes varias noches

Los empleados no son groseros pero tampoco son amables

Honestamente por el precio y el servicio no me volvería a hospedar en este...
