Yatai sushi ensenada — Restaurant in Ensenada

If you are in Ensenada and need to have authentic Japanese food, I would definitely recommend Yatai Sushi. This place is just great, very fresh ingredients and high quality dishes, I was there when they started to process the Norwegian salmon they were using that day. The space is very limited and the schedule as well so I would say that's and improvement opportunity for them but everything else is great. Best Toro in town! This tiny shack is full of flavor and elegance, a true art. Best oysters, Toro tasted delicious...! We came for a quick bite, and kept on ordering more, hehehe so worth it.
