Mariscos El Chava — Restaurant in Ensenada

This place was recommended to me from my Tio (Unlce) whom is a local and has lived in Ensenada his whole life. This did not disappoint. Their fish cecviche (Ceviche de Pescado) is the best I have had in my life. Their shrimp cocktail is at another level too! Get there before 2:00pm because they sell out. These guys prepare everything fresh that morning. I also ordered the Agua Chili for the first time and what can I say, he prepped/cooked the raw shrimp in lime and he made the green Agua Chili and spice right in front of us. Took about 20 minutes for the whole process, but he cleans the raw shrimp and cooks it with lime. Very delicious! I would highly recommend any of these three things that I had. Hola!. Alguien me recomendo este lugar. No me quedaba cerca, ni el tráfico ayudaba, pero igual me fui. Pedi una Campechano mediano. En un momento, me pregunta, si era para alli o llevar. Le dije para llevar. Me lo pusieron en un vaso, con una tapa de papel aluminio. Al llegar al hotel, lo abro, era puro pulpo....ahora entiendo las caras que se hacian entre los dos que atendian.
