Chili's — Restaurant in Guanajuato

50 minutes... that's how long my husband and I had to wait for cold pancakes. We went on a Saturday morning, the restaurant host was able to sit us right away and the wait staff came soon after to take our orders. My husband ordered the Bailey's latte and I stuck to regular coffee; when my husband's drink finally arrived it was served in a dirty cup, meaning it had CRUST of dried out food on the outside (we haven't gotten our food at this point so that was not from our meal) so I politely asked for the wait staff to take the drink back and bring it back in a clean cup, which they did. After 40 minutes waiting for our food, I inquired with the wait staff and no one could give me an answer so finally as my husband and I were getting ready to go, the manager approached the table with our food and apologized for the delay, at this point we were pretty hungry and figured we would just stay and eat our meal but our food was cold to the touch and couldn't get the attention of our waiter who disappeared after bringing back my husband's drink almost an hour earlier. Needless to say the meal and the experience was disappointing, I've been going to Chilli's for years and visited multiple locations in Mexico and in the US, and hands down this was just the worst. Not planning to come back to this location, you are better off going to the one inside Plaza Mayor or the one that stands alone in the north side of Leon. Chilli's franchise...

Fuimos a comer el domingo 25/Oct/2020 y casi todo estuvo muy bien, siguen las medidas preventivas para el Covid-19, nuestra mesera siempre súper atenta, muy amable y eficiente, el único problema fue que a mi mamá pidió una ensalada llamada "BONELESS BUFFALO CHICKEN SALAD", que incluía tocino entre sus ingredientes y mientras comía, nos comentó que no encontraba dicho... Cual fue su sorpresa que al masticar nos dijo que había algo amargo en su ensalada y empezó a revisarla más a detalle... Fue entonces que halló los trocitos de tocino muy escondidos debajo de casi toda la ensalada quemados, negros y para nada comestibles. Llamamos a la mesera para explicarle la situación y ella ofreció como solución un cambio de ensalada y se aceptó, pero cuando regresó fácilmente nos percatamos que ni siquiera cambiaron el plato, que sólo espulgaron un poco la ensalada para retirar los trozos visibles de tocino quemado y agregaron un poco más de los ingredientes para que se viera como "nueva"... No nos pusimos a discutir con la mesera, al final ella sólo lleva lo que le entregan de la cocina, pero a la hora de retirarnos, simplemente nos negamos a pagar por esa ensalada y nos dieron la razón, así que nos la restaron de la cuenta.

Así que, me parece excelente que hayan aceptado su error, pero que terrible que lo hayan dejado pasar en primer lugar, era la primer vez que mi madre visitaba ese restaurante y la experiencia que se llevó fue todo menos grata.

Mi sugerencia sería que tengan precaución con lo que sirven, a fin de cuentas el cliente paga por lo que consume y obviamente espera consumir algo en...

Food is really good, love it. I mean is Tex Mex, but it tastes great. However, the place is so unkept, dirty or disheveled in places, and the service is so uneven, good sometimes, awful another, never quite great, specially the waiters are not very attentive and never write down any orders so lots of mistakes or omissions happen.
