So let me start off by saying the food is delicious but the customer service is awful. Very disrespectful Grims all around make you feel uncomfortable. The manager is low par to the desired customer service experience. Extremely disrespectful and wanted to charge you for any mistakes made by them called in ahead of time asking for their breakfast sandwich that included eggs, ham, breakfast sausages, cheese when I arrived they provided the wrong sandwiches and indicated it was my fault charged me for the two extra sandwiches And said it wasn’t their fault not until I spoke to the owner and it was a parent that they were following his steps of disrespect and anger towards this situation try to scold me, but it was my fault for not ordering the correct sandwich while on the menu it is the breakfast sandwich Specifically with breakfast sausage and ham, cheese and maple syrup. I tried to explain very combative at the end, he did provide the refund for the two extra sandwiches, but definitely not returning to that restaurant and encourage any fellow people to steer far away from places like this no matter how good the food is or how fancy the location is if they don’t have respect for their customers, they do not deserve our business. It’s sad because we spend a high volume of money each month Boeing there, inviting friends and colleagues and people from our business making big orders no more. It’s sad to see this type of behavior With local restaurants that are just starting and just because they think they’re from high class they can treat others with disrespect, believe we all work hard for our money and this type of behavior is unacceptable. Stay far away...

This place is absolutely an amazing cafe in the southern part of León. As some people have said, having 2 separate cashiers in the same cafe can be a little bit confusing for customers, but we quickly figure it out by the menu sign on the wall. The grilled cheese with mushrooms and caramelized onions was exceptional. The latte was also good, although the matcha latte was not authentic enough for us as Japanese.

The only thing that wasn’t for me was the loud music playing near one of the cashiers. It made me feel a little bit uncomfortable when ordering because I had to speak louder than the music.

They also have a variety of products sold besides one of the bar counters such as coffee beans, various kinds of hams & cheeses, glass jars, and more.

Overall it was a great experience and we’ll definitely visit...

Great food! Sandwiches are tasty and variety includes classics such as the grilled cheese with tomato soup (great choice), a lighter choice: the “aguacate and huevito” (another great choice), or even options for salty tastes like mine, the “Prosciutto & monterrey jack” is top (a favorite).

Pairing with their specialty coffee is a great choice; plus, this is an alien and dinosaur friendly place!

Without doubt, this was my best find, specially considering it’s on the way to my crazy lovely...
