English see below the Spanish version.
When you arrive, the staff do not make you feel welcome and they answer "Good morning" reluctantly. The place is nice and the live music is good. The menu only shows the alcoholic beverages and you will have to ask what else they have, they answer coke, you ask what else, they answer water, you continue like that until you find something that you like. It would be much more efficient to have a complete beverage menu. The food menu shows high prices, you expect at least quality food. The lasagna arrives and it seems one of those frozen purchases ready to heat and serve. The lasagna was cold. The sauce on top was boiling but the pasta and meat were cold. Let's leave aside that I like my foods hot, for safety issues it should be heated to 80 degrees centigrade in the thermal center of the food and it was obvious it had not been like that. When the lasagna is almost finished, the bread to accompany it arrives. The taste of the bread was good, the lasagna very regular, nothing to do with the price. Our table neighbor had to ask for his coke twice because they forgot it. They offer desserts and ask for cappuccino so we could find out that there was coffee. We ordered cappuccino, I expected a cup of American (200 ml), but I got almost an Espresso (100 ml) that does not correspond to the price of 40 pesos (more expensive than Starbucks). They left sugar for us, but the neighbors had to ask for it (for the second time). The taste of the coffee was good, but the amount does not correspond to the price you pay. Honestly I would not return to El Coyote Flaco, a few meters away is Mama mia campestre with better service, more beautiful place, better food,...
Read moreThe music and atmosphere are fantastic!. The food is average service is terrible. You have to ask for everything napkins forks spoons we have never been there where they haven't forgotten either an appetizers or some part of the meal. They don't ever bring everything at one time you get everything piecemeal. They'll bring you soup but then no spoons. Today there was not a single fork. they had to take one off of somebody else's dirty plate and wash it in order to give me one. That was after having to wait 10 to 15 minutes. I finally went up to the counter and ask for a napkin a fork a spoon and some salt and I had to...

Overall the food is amazing! It's on the expensive side but you get the tastiest ribs, beef and seafood. There's also enough vegan choices.
The drink menu is in the middle of a transition where there's new cocktails in the making. On Sundays it's really busy because of the amazing live music so sometimes service takes a little longer, but that's okay.
The ambiance of the restaurant is perfect, you're in this beautiful garden where tables are spread out pretty well so you're not all crammed into one room. There's enough tables in the shade in case you need to be out of the sun. Overall...
