Guacamole Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Guanajuato

Bad experience in the restaurant. I asked for Mexican hamburger and the presentation and flavor were good. Unfortunately, when I started eating the hamburger I saw that a cockroach was walking on the coffee machine of the bar sadly I was in front of the coffe machine and I could not continue eating the hamburger. I let know the bar waitress that I refused the food for what I had seen and it is obvious that there is a lack of cleaning and attention on this restaurant. I asked for the bill and they charged me for the whole meal and drinks. I was expencting the hamburguer to be removed from the bill or at least an apology from the supervisor but they ignore the incident as if nothing had happened. Pésimo servicio. Acabo de tener la PEOR experiencia en una cafetería. Pedimos un café capuchino, y cual va siendo la sorpresa que dentro tenía una POLILLA GIGANTE que no se veía por la espuma del capuchino . Fui con el gerente en turno a decirle lo que había pasado, y en lugar de ofrecernos una disculpa , dijo que igual y hasta nosotros se la habíamos puesto, que le había caído afuera y al último hasta dijo que yo había dicho que ellos se la habían puesto al café con intención. Total, ya no sabía que decir, y nosotros en shock de ver el animal muerto y literal nos dimos cuenta por qué al dar un trago lo sentí en la boca!!! Pedi agua para enjuagarme la boca y nisiquiera fueron para darnos un agua embotellada (que era lo mínimo que esperaba, ya que después de tener esa experiencia uno ya no sabe ni de dónde traigan el agua ….), al final al gerente se le ocurrió decir que no pagáramos el café … PUES CLARO QUE NO LO PENSABA PAGAR DESPUÉS DE ESA EXPERIENCIA TAN HORRIBLE , imagínate sacarte eso de la boca, de suerte no lo mordí …… en fin NO VAYAN, NO COMPREN AHÍ, PÉSIMO SERVICIO AL CLIENTE Y LOS HAGO RESPONSABLES DE CUALQUIER COSA QUE PASE RELACIONADA A ESTE INCIDENTE.
