Starbucks — Restaurant in Guanajuato

Please to all the tourist, visitors, be aware that an employee of this location stole over 300 US dollars on my card, I’d visit my family, stayed for 10 days in the state of Guanajuato, never used my Starbucks gold card, until I was leaving on March the 6th, I got a Mexican Chocolate, and elote bread, which is the best on the Mexican menu of Starbucks, I was thinking that employees of Starbucks Mexico was honest, but some how after I come back to South Carolina, I didn’t used my card until March 19 on Lincoln Rd in South Beach Miami Fl and was ready for a London Fog Latte, surprisingly my card was completely wipe off. 0.00 Balance. I think the employees have a GREAT attitude for a job like this, they started working sooooo early, and serving with the best attitude to every customer... :)

El trato al cliente es honestamente muy malo, pedí una limonada venti de mango dragon fruit, como era muy temprano por la mañana y hacia frio la pedí sin hielo pero la cajera me dijo que eso tenia un costo extra (algo ridiculo a mi parecer) pagué el costo extra (me parece que fueron alrededor de 50 pesos) y al recibir mi bebida recibo una bebida con hielo (mi bebida tenia evidentes trozos de fruta que normalmente van en la bebida) le comenté a la barista que mi bebida era sin hielo a lo que lo unico que hizó fue usar un colador y colar mi bebida para quitarle el hielo pero en eso tambien le quitó los trozos de fruta (el dragonfruit) le comenté eso y muy groseramente me contestó que asi era la bebida y no la iba a cambiar asi que al final pagué dinero extra por una bebida color Rosa que ya nisiquiera tenía...
