Mangiare pizzeria — Restaurant in Guanajuato

Absolutely wonderful. The service was great. The house red wine is a lovely blend of Grenache and a whole bunch of other grapes but really nice. I had the chef special tortellini wonderful light not even a cream sauce almost likeca butter sauce but not greasy. The sauce had chopped cashews in it and it was absolutely delicious.

The only drawback is it's kind of in the middle of nowhere, right before the BJX airport exit in Silao when you're heading towards Leon. It's in the same complex as the Holiday Inn Express. Being in the same complex as the hotel though is a plus because there's lots of free secure parking.

Being the closest restaurant to our hotel we decided to give it a try. We ordered a pizza and a chicken parmigiana however the chicken was not good at all. Though I didn't decide to complain, our waiter was nice enough to tell management. Unfortunately, management did NOTHING!!!! He didn't even bother addressing us or doing anything about it! La comida no es mala... pero tampoco es el súper yohoo wow! Además los precios no son nada económicos. Lo que sí, es el tema de la factura... Yo no había leído los comentarios, pero creo q no me equivoqué. Quedaron de enviarme la factura el mismo día de mi consumo y no llegó. Como hice un checkout tarde al otro día, vi q abrían a las 2pm y decidí esperar unos minutos para q abrieran y solicitar la factura correspondiente... Pues q les digo... se me pusieron bravos... no sé sí el mesero es hijo del encargado, pero luego luego se puso bravo el jefecillo, le dije q si no me daba la factura lo reportaría ante el SAT. En el acto el papá o el encargado me hizo la factura y me la envío a mi correo, se le veía súper molesto por haber hecho la factura...cuántos más clientes no pudieron deducir o comprobar el gasto??? 😬 Cuidado sí necesitan factura, más adelante hay otros buenos restaurantes como el Agave y más o menos al mismo precio pero mejor atención y mejor...
