This is an amazing steak house in the classic argentinean style, with a high level of elegance. We started with the Chicharrones de Ribeye and Garlic Shrimp appetizers ... which were both a sensual pleasure for the palate. The waitress, Jessica, spoke little English but was game to help my friend and I with our remedial Spanish. We had a blast working through our language barrier, and the bottle of 3V Mexican wine (so delish) and shots of Don Julio setanta (smoother than your closest shave) didn't hurt either. LOL I opted for the Wagu Ribeye done medium rare and couldn't have been more happy. The steak was succulent, savory, tender and perfectly seared. The side of fresh vegetables were also perfectly grilled and tasted like they were picked that day ... just bursting with flavor. I wish I could have dined forever ... that would be heaven!
