Mangiafuoco — Restaurant in Guanajuato

Can't give 5 just because i had an ackward experience with who I believe was the owner. For a minute there i wanted to buy butter (as i though pizza would take about 15 mins to be ready and it was kind of cold outside) i told this person we would come quicky when the pizza was ready, i could understand his fear of us walking away without paying so i offered to pay in advance, he still seemed upset...anyhow, he seemed so not happy that I just said: fine i won't go anywhere I can wait 3 mins (which was the time he said it would take the pizza to come and by the way was not true), weird! Anyways... Pizza was great, service was nice, just that minor thing...if i get a pizza craving i would go...

4 times now I go there during their opening hours, but the owner is either not ready yet, or decides to close and not serve me. Tonight, Tuesday at 6:40pm, as I was ordering a pizza for take out, his staff cut me off and asked the people behind me in the line-up how many pizzas they wanted. When they said 2 pizzas, then he said to me sorry, we only have 2 pizzas left and proceeded to take the other guys' order. So yes, their pizza is good, but I'm really turned off by how rude they are and I don't think I will ever go back, even if I'm already in...

Ordered 3 pizzas tonight and an eggplant parmigiana. When we got there the owner and the waitress were having a steak dinner at a table in front. The waitress got up to take our order and the owner told us he would get to it after he finished eating. We went to the grocery store in the plaza. When we came back he hadn’t started our order yet. When our order was finally ready we got two pizzas and a cold parmigiana....
