I ordered two arrachera sandwiches today, and I have to say, I’m very disappointed. Each sandwich was $180 pesos, and they had barely any meat—just a thin layer that was hardly satisfying. On top of that, the veggies were almost nonexistent. For that price, I expected a lot more substance and quality.

Also, what’s going on with the menu? It’s way too wordy! Why make it so complicated when the actual food doesn’t live up to the descriptions? Somos 4 personas, que normalmente pedimos entre 2 y 3 platos por persona, por lo tanto pedimos que nos juntaran 2 mesas porque no íbamos a caber, lo hicieron pero nos hicieron caras y más allá del mal gusto y que nos traten mal, parece como si nos hicieran un favor y no. Después uno tiene que corretear a la mesera que con, nuevamente, caras te atiende.

Pero hablemos de mis platos:

El quiché muy duro de abajo pero con buen sabor. Pedimos un baguel simple, partido a la mitad, pero no nos lo pasaron nunca. El baguel de pollo con muy poco y reseco pollo pero el sabor de los champiñones está rico. El flan muy frío y como lo solidifican con maicena casi se pierde el sabor, aunque se aprecia la vainilla natural. El cheesecake no tiene nada extraordinario.

Los precios por plato son entre 130-150 y te gastas entre 300-400 si eres de buen comer, sin embargo la atención al cliente es pésima y no se si es porque no somos extranjeros, pero es horrible que te traten mal en San Miguel cuando los que te atienden también son mexicanos y pagamos lo mismo que los demás.

Nosotros no tratamos mal a nadie pero parece que pedir que te junten dos mesas para que no estés incomodo parece un pecado en este...
