McDonald's — Restaurant in Guanajuato

Absolutely terrible. This is a disgrace. We got here at 8:30 am and clearly they haven’t even began to prep for the day. We walked in and it the place was filled with flies. The staff were standing around in the kitchen chatting away as we stood there. They stopped to greet us and continued to chat. There was a lady cleaning the restaurant and she looked miserable. The place looked as if the evening crew hadn’t cleaned before closing. They hadn’t even turned the menus over to the breakfast menu from the previous evening. Finally we persisted and asked if they were open and said yes, the “manager” finally stopped chatting and helped us. We were confused because the menus hadn’t changed and we asked if they had breakfast they said yes, But we didn’t know what was on the menu because they the burger menu was up. The “manager” left to get someone to turn the menus but still left some on the evening/dinner menu. We placed our order and he said it would take 10-15 minutes. We said that’s fine. We quickly grabbed some alcohol wipes because this place was filthy. We were tired from our trip that’s why we stayed. They told us the play area was clean so we can go there. It was not. It was merely picked up and swept but definitely not clean. 15 minutes go by and no food. I go over to check and the lady that had been cleaning was making the coffee, with a sour look on her face. WHAT?!? I don’t know if she even washed her hands but the fact that she was cleaning then handling food didn’t sit well. Did I mention that she left the broom and mop and dirty bucket out in the dining area? 30 minutes later, most of the food was ready. I asked for the coffees, they forgot, so they went to pour them. As I waited for them to figure out where the lids were, I touched the breakfast sandwich and it was cold. I opened the breakfast platter and it was missing the hash browns. They said they’d take the has browns to us because they just cleaned the oil and put new oil in so it needed to heat up. (Yes, I saw this happening around 9am. About an hour AFTER they were supposed to have been open). Got the coffee, no stirrer, no sugar, no cream. I asked for all that, they scrambled to look for them. They said they don’t have creamer or milk powder, they stopped using them a year ago. I asked for a bit of milk in a cup. The coffee was very light as soon as I put a splash of milk in it. It was awful. Another two groups came in. One guy didn’t get his change. I guess they didn’t have enough change to give him. Breakfast platter was cold, pancakes almost tasted fishy, eggs were awful. Hash browns finally came. They tasted undercooked. We didn’t finish our food and we left.

Did I mention that when we walked in and the employees were all chatting, there was one “client” and he seemed to get his food quickly? Why? Because he was their friend! One of the employees (supervisor maybe, or just a team member) was sitting with him, chatting it up.

Restaurant is clean and food is like a McDo, always good but, if you want to eat fast this is not the place. The music was so loud I asked the manager to get it lower and he did it. It took 10 minutes to order my family's meal and 35 minutes to get it. I decided to stand in front of the lady who took my order the last 10 minutes. The order wasn't right but with all this time lost we decided to eat and leave as fast as we could. My mom told one lady that the order wasn't right and she offered to complete the meals, that was the first good customer service we had. When we left the building, I decided to visit the bathroom and when I entered the building, THE MUSIC WAS LOUD AGAIN. I felt like in a discotheque. Really not a good...

Fui el dia de hoy 23 de mayo 2024 y no podian cobrar, de las 3 cajas solo una habilitada hubo una cancelacion y como el gerente Salio con otras dos personas de la sucursal manifestando la cajera que iba a una urgencia yo lo vi muy sonriente subiendose con el acompañante a su carro (en ese momento no sabia era el gerente) entonces no podian venderle a nadie pues las cajas estaban inhabilitadas, pero pq si ven que no se va poder no dicen a los que estamos formados y hasta q uno por uno vamos pasando a caja despues de 10 minutos con la persona de cancelaba el pedido y de los 3 que estaban haciendose nada en cajas no dieron aviso hasta q le dije entonces no vas a vender nadaaa a nadie hasta q el gerente regrese y dijeron solo tendremos servicio de utomac, sali subi al carro hice mi pedido diciendo refrescos sin hielo coca y manzana y me los dieron con hielo sin sabor era agua sin gas y sin jarabe solo pintada y desafortunadamente me di cuenta ya que llegue a casa, la idea era comer ahi pero despues de tanto tiempo perdido mejor me fui o que, me iba a volver a estacionar bajar mi bolsa y tomar asiento en el restaurante, mejor me fui.
