Mexico Lindo y Sabroso — Restaurant in Guanajuato

Food was eatable, Terrible services. the food was cold the waitress ...well I took 3 waitress to attend us, none offer us if we wanted anything else. I complain to their manager he first defend their waitress until I explained why their service was terrible and then he said he "was sorry and that he would fix it". I have read other reviews like mine so I doubt anything is getting fix. THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO INCLUDE THE TIP in the bill after that service? Really? that just made me upset. I have literally been in food stand were they have better quality of service then here.

After I left the place angry , I order food from across the street in LA BURGUESA DE LA PRESA. Their employees were nicer and my order was ready in 10 min and their food was actually pretty bomb and the ambient was great too another great place to eat is LOS HUACALES Delicious food too and their service is great too, drinks just need a little more sugar...

The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because the food was good and so was the service but the 2 stars is because at the end of the meal we left a tip and the waiter had the audacity to ask "is this it". He then said well since that's the tip and I did not charge ur coffee pay the coffee 😲 but then he didn't have change so just accepted what we left. What a lovely establishment! !! Sunday buffet is fabulous with offerings to please taste of anyone. Fresh fruit, fresh juice ( in this case papaya), egg dishes, salsas, meat dishes, bakery items, yoghurt, cereals, and list goes on.
