Mr. Pampas do Brasil — Restaurant in Guanajuato

I'm giving it 4 stars, mainly because the food was spectacular, it's a little pricy compared to other ones in Leon, but worth it.

Regarding the employees' service (waiters & Accounting specifically): The first waiter that attended us was very professional and polite, unfortunately, the time came to change to another and before we left the other waiter wanted to see our ticket to determine how much of a tip we were supposed to give as a minimum and I quote "you have to give a specific percentage; show me your ticket so I can say how much is the minimum"... That definitely changed my experience in the restaurant.

Secondly, the person in charge of accounting wanted a specific way to get it done mentioning that if it wasn't done in that very moment the invoice will no be sent (this has also been reported to SAT by my accountant).

At the end, the only thing that made our night magnificent was the food, it's the best one...

This place is not my favorite Brazilian steak buffet in town. The food is only ok and not worth the price. It used to be a bit cheaper. The meat tastes like it was soaked in a barrel of salt over night. It’s rarely cooked to your preference. They offer more options than other places, like lamb and octopus. But it doesn’t matter when food is so over marinated that you can’t taste it. Additionally, they pretend to not have free glasses of water for customers and try to sell small bottles of sparkling water for $60. You’ll need a lot more than one bottle to quench your thirst from this meal. They may have been a better value or taste in the past, but I won’t be going back there this visit. The most I can say is that some of the servers are friendly. I can strongly recommend Fogón do Brazil over this place for both taste and value. The service is similar. And their music is a lot...

I don't know who gives the 5 star here. But this place is absolutely garbage, when I compare it with other Brazilian restaurants. How can you make a Picanha so bad?? This place uses absolutely the worst and cheapest meat ever. I'm sorry, but I do not recommend this place and instead go across the street to Burger King. It's even tastes better. I went before also to cheaper Brazilian restaurants in Sao Paolo, Brazil, they were even better. This place is like all you can eat buffet for 5 USD in the USA.
