Restaurante 325 — Restaurant in Guanajuato

My wife and I have been to Pozos a number of times, but had never eaten at this restaurant. Since it has close to a 5 star average rating, we decided to give it a try. I’m now scratching my head trying to reconcile our experience with the five star reviews. One hint could have been a recent 5 star review which mentioned that the staff gets overstressed when there are a larger number of clients. And today the restaurant was indeed fairly full.

My wife ordered the aracherra, which was small, and came with a tiny salad and a few grilled vegetables. Her food arrived about an hour after we ordered. I ordered the pasta Alfredo, which arrived about half an hour after my wife’s plate. Both of our dishes were ok, but expensive, given the quantity and quality. On the other hand, the service was completely incompetent. I’m sure the staff is well meaning, but I’m afraid we’ll never be returning to this place, especially when there are a number of better and cheaper...

La magia tan especial de Mineral de Pozos nos invitó a llegar al Restaurante 325 caminando. Recorrer uno de los senderos de arena y piedra, contemplar el verdor de los paisajes, sentir los rayos del sol y escuchar el sonido del viento tan característico de la region te hace llegar al 325 con una sonrisa que hará que disfrutes aún más el lugar. Una discreta arquitectura acorde a la región aparece discretamente en el camino. Al llegar a una entrada bien señalizada encontrarás un bonito camino rodeado de plantas que te acompañará a una agradable terraza y posteriormente una parte cubierta si está fuese tu elección. Dentro de un amplio menú encontrarás unas muy recomendable propuestas gastronómicas así que a este punto le pongo un 10. Comenzar con unas croquetas de camarón y escamoles con la opción de aderezarlas en mayonesa de chile serrano te incita a continuar. La pizza de escamoles y mole es ideal para compartir y continuar con tus tiempos. Obviamente los frescos mojitos de garambullo deben complementar tu experiencia. El tamaño de las porciones nos dejo con un excelente sabor de boca en todos los sentidos pero no podía pasar desapercibido el aroma de diferentes platillos en preparación y los servidos en las mesas contiguas. Excelente pretexto para regresar a probar el pulpo y las pastas. El lugar cuenta con un amplio estacionamiento y agradable atmósfera. Si bien la rapidez en el servicio debe mejorar bien vale la pena la espera porque disfrutaras de la calidad y variedad en alimentos. Un lindo huerto forma parte del entorno del lugar así que te garantizo una placentero momento. El lugar cuenta con estacionamiento. Precios muy razonables Vestimenta. Informal No dejes de visitarlo

Great food and a lovely design. Best restaurant in town. The service is good with less guests but the staff is quickly overstrained with more guests. Sadly many of the main dishes on the menu were not available but what I got was delicious. Respect to the cuisine. So take your time when going here and don't be angry when the staff forgets the starter. This place is worth a visit. I returned here each day...
