My experience at Italian Coffee was unprofessional. The waitress had his son with him he had a really bad cough. He was constantly coughing next to me and the people I was with, as my order was being taken. I also had my new bien baby with me.The waitress did not tell her son to cover his mouth. He coughed throughout the whole store. I got up to pay and the same waitress charged me and she put the tip folder out and I put 2pesos and she went over to her coworker and talked about is and then said she didn’t want it all rude ..She didn’t even earn a good tip with her unprofessionalness and her son constantly coughing all over me and others he following her everywhere the place where they make the drinks was...

Excelente lugar para Degustar un rico café en la versión que tú prefieras pues es que en este lugar hay desde expréss hasta frapuchinos digo hay bastantes formas en qué te ofrecen el café acompañado de algún pastelillo o panecillo descuerdo a la existencia y en cuanto a servicio es bueno, personal muy amable en cuanto a instalaciones cuenta con 2 niveles con vista a la avenida principal de Irapuato en cuestión económica los precios son accesibles deacuerdo al lugar, no puedo decir económicos x q no venden café con agua y azúcar venden calidad y eso cuesta pero vale la pena...

La atención siempre excelente, atenta y rápida, por el servicio no queda. El lugar siempre está limpio. Cuenta con baños, WIFI, muy pocas conexiones eléctricas. No tiene estacionamiento. El café sin ser el mejor es bueno, los postres pareciera en ocasiones que llevan días en espera de que alguien los consuma, no se ven...
