Unfortunately bad service in what otherwise looks like a decent coffee shop. I ordered a simple Cafe americano with plant based milk. OK says the waiter. We have almond milk as well as soy milk. Unsweetened I ask? Not sure he says (nor offers to check). Fine I said... Bring me the almond milk, preferably unsweetened. He comes back saying they cannot serve coffee with milk, but could bring it on the side. Odd, but whatever. What arrives is the smallest milk jug I have ever seen - like something from a six year old's tea party - filled with some watered down something. I wish I had a photo of it but it was snatched away so fast I didn't get the chance. Didn't taste like much, let alone almond milk, and so watered down it barely changed the colour of the coffee from black to dark brown. The waiter never came back to check on us let alone bring more milk. Oh yeah, and for this "special" milk there is an extra...
EN I got here de worst chapata ever in my life and I’ve been in worse places. Here you will get a really dry chapata that seems to have been left in the grill for 30min, getting a toasted flavorless bread, no mayo or mustard or anything to make it a better product. About the coffee I ordered cappuccino with decaf and no lactose milk and I got a normal cappuccino with normal coffee and normal milk. Well I could finally sleep at 2 AM, but woke up at 4 AM with diarrhea. You don’t have the product you were being asked then don’t sell them or you could get yours customers sick. I also ordered some crêpes. They weren’t that bad, but they were too expensive for the quality they had. On the other side, The ice cream they came with was really bad a cheap supermarket brand. I also ordered soda because remember that was so dry, got the soda with no glass like I was in a taqueria by the sidewalk. so I asked for glass and I got it but no ice. At least I didn’t get a plastic glass. About the service we had three waitresses, one of them had a very hard time for smiling, but the others were so kind and friendly. The little girl screaming is not your...
Read moreDidn't even get to taste their food! What a way to ruin a date. I went there with a friend and chose a comfortable spot, an 8-diner table and the staff made us move to a 2-diner table. I totally get it that you could make better use of this spot but there were litteraly no clients waiting to sit so in my opinion there were no reason to have us move after we had comfortably sat. The server excused himself replying his manager would tell him off for letting us stay where we...
