El Viverito Café — Restaurant in Guerrero

The No. 1 best thing about this 6-month-old cafe is that it's a super chill, totally outdoors hang spot in a great environment (plants & artwork, shade, good chairs and even a large pool at the rear if you so desire). The staff is attentive and the one thing I tried, banana hot cakes, was hot and delicious. However, and this is a big problem: coffee! As things stand now, espresso drink service doesn't begin until 5 pm because that's when the only person who can operate the machine starts his shift. Coffee before that comes from a big urn, and it wasn't very good, and they had run out at about 12:30 pm on the Sunday I was there (making more would have taken 15 minutes). I would LOVE to chill here with a nice cappuccino or Americano in the morning or mid-afternoon. I am guessing this problem will be solved which is why I gave 5 stars. Buena comida, porciones vastas, sus hamburguesas deliciosas, seguro repetimos en nuestra próxima visita, precios muy justos y atención esmerada, se puede mejorar mucho el tiempo en la cocina, es un lugar abierto por lo que si no estás acostumbrado al calor te sentirás un poco incómodo aunque tiene ventiladores es un poco bochornoso el calor....
