Rubens Hamburgers Ixtapa — Restaurant in Guerrero

El Venir a Ixtapa y no comer una rica Hamburguesa de Ruben's, no es disfrutar Ixtapa.

Desde que tengo memoria, es tradición el venir y disfrutar de una gran hamburguesa espacial de sus ingredientes de diferentes regiones, con su jugosa carne de sirloin de Sonora, tocino ahumado de Canadá, jitomate de Sinaloa, ensalada de Col de Puebla, quedo Gouda de Nueva Zelanda, cebolla morada de Chihuahua, todo en un delicioso pan espacial para hamburguesa gigantes.

Eso no es todo, puedes pedir una rica selección de papas a la francesa o qué tal mis favoritas las papas rizadas. ¿Quizás? Una rica papa rellena o un chayote, muy exótico.

La especialidad de los postres del lugar es el excelente Plátano Macho horneado al carbón, un deleite.

Y para todos hay el tamaño perfecto 240, 150, 120 gramos o para los niños 80 gramos, o si lo prefieres está el especial de pollo.

El lugar es muy fresco y te atienden de maravilla.

Solo aceptan dinero en efectivo.

Coming to Ixtapa and not eating a Rich Ruben's Hamburger, I do not enjoy Ixtapa.

As long as I have memory, it is a tradition to come and enjoy a great space hamburger of its ingredients from different regions, with its juicy sirloin steak from Sonora, smoked Canadian bacon, Sinaloa tomato, Col de Puebla salad, Gouda de New Zealand, purple onion from Chihuahua, all in a delicious space pan for giant hamburger.

That's not all, you can order a rich selection of French fries or how about my favorite curly fries. Maybe? A rich stuffed potato or a chayote, very exotic.

The specialty of the desserts of the place is the excellent Banana Macho baked to the coal, a delight.

And for all there is the perfect size 240, 150, 120 grams or for children 80 grams, or if you prefer is the chicken special.

Kind of hard to avoid this place if you spend any kind of significant time in Ixtapa. It sits in a huge building wit a giant sign directly across from the Emporio. Was expecting a charcoal broiled burger but got two greasy tasteless patties instead. They were dressed nicely with carmelized onion lettuce tomato and a nicely toasted bun. Not horrible by any stretch but definitely not top 10 as they advertise. Nice bonus in that the half pound burger checks in at less than 7 bucks. Was kind of amazed that place was practically empty around 1pm for lunch. Had read about long waits and or lines. Was...

The portions are small. The flavored waters are good. Nothing too special about cabbage on a burger though or the cold fries. Didn't see any locals while I ate there, just tourists and I can see why when it came to the food. Bathrooms were under construction and only have 3 toilets to be shared between men, women, and kids.... That's a big no no for me. I will not have my wife or kids go to the bathroom where a grown man can easily peek...
