Domino's Galerías Pachuca — Restaurant in Hidalgo

Great mall to shop at and lots of places to eat. Here is why I'm giving it 2 stars. They are following Covid protocols at this mall, which is perfectly fine. However, today I was stopped at the entrance by security and was told my mask was not effective enough to enter the mall. I preceeded to tell them that I was just here last night with no problems so why now?? They refuse to let me in. So I went to another door and the guy radio ahead to stop me again at that entrance. I feel like I was being discriminated because why now is my mask a problem? Yes, I'm a white American, big deal.. My wife and I had to go back to the car and find an old dirty mask. Galerias Pachuca is really nice. Tons of mid-range restaurants, a VIP and normal cinema (Cinepolis), They have all the premium shops and outlets, so if you're looking for something specific (I'm talking H&M, MAC, Starbucks) then this is the place to go. It's the best Pachuca has for shopping, and consequently the place is always packed. Buenas tardes el día de hoy fui a la tienda ubicada en galerías Pachuca y me atendió la Señorita Gloria Pérez Gutiérrez a quien le pedí zapatos y me los mostro los cuales adquiri sin ningún problema, pero posteriormente le solicite modelos en tenis por que igual iba a llevarlos y fue cuando solo se hacía caras de disgusto con la Señorita Ruth Martínez de caja, por atenderme nuevamente, mejor otra señorita me escuchó y me paso los tenis que no le quedaron a mi hija por lo que luego solicite un modelo y número de tenis diferente y sin ver el modelo que solicite, me decía q no había modelos ni números y con molestia le dije q si realmente había checado por qué ni el modelo que solicite checo. Decidí pagar los zapatos y ya no llevar tenis, entiendo que había demasiada gente pero creo que si hubiera dicho "permítame en un momento la atiendo sin problema hubiera esperado" creo que el servicio al cliente es primordial, pero las caras que me hacian ella y la señorita de caja al solicitar los tenis no es de un...
