I ate lunch at Birrieria La Victoria on three separate occasions. La Victoria is the real deal -- and, by far, it offered the best of the four goat birrierias I tried around the city. The butcher masterfully prepared a great mix of cuts and the waitress was extremely attentive, making sure we had a constant flow of food coming until we could no longer eat any more.
