My husband, sister-in-law and I came across Cafe Macondo as we were strolling along the city center of coastal San Patricio, Melaque, Jalisco. We wanted to stop for a quick espresso and coffee. What first attracted us was the outdoor seating, next to the plaza. As we walked up, we saw the lights leading to a long hall. The room Astounded is as it opened up into a huge hall adorned with tropical trees, decorative lights, spacious seating and live musicians setting up.
