I had the pleasure of indulging in a delightful culinary experience. Here’s a breakdown of the dishes I tried:

Alfredo Pasta with Shrimps: The evening kicked off with the Alfredo pasta, which I can confidently say is one of the best pasta dishes they have. The creamy Alfredo sauce was rich and perfectly balanced, coating the fettuccine beautifully. The shrimp were cooked to perfection—plump, tender, and infused with flavor. Each bite was a burst of creamy goodness, and the dish was garnished with a sprinkle of fresh parsley, adding a touch of color and freshness to the plate. This dish truly epitomized comfort food with a gourmet twist.

Tacos: Next, we sampled the tacos, which were equally impressive. Each taco featured fresh, hand-made tortillas filled with a generous portion of seasoned protein (Chicharron de pescado). The toppings were vibrant and flavorful, with a perfect balance of heat and acidity. These were not just a side offering; they stood out on their own as a highlight of the meal.

Birthday Dessert: Brownie with Ice Cream: To celebrate a special occasion, we ordered a brownie with ice cream for dessert. This was an indulgent treat! The brownie was warm, with a fudgy texture that melted in the mouth, complemented by a generous scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream. The combination of warm and cold was heavenly.

Overall, my visit to Campo Mar was nothing short of fantastic. The Alfredo pasta and tacos were highlights of the meal, while the brownie with ice cream was a perfect ending to our evening. Campomar is seemingly always full, even at 4pm on a school day. That says something about the experience. They have excellent seafood, just be careful to ask 'Es picante ?' if you don't like spicy - most things are either spicy or have spicy salsa/mayo applied - but they'll leave it off for you.

The service is very attentive. Today we had Javier, who was a true gent and very efficient and friendly. Whilst I had a single espresso, they gifted us a dessert to share. What a nice gesture.

It is more expensive than you can eat for in Punto Sur, but the quality and serving sizes are excellent. Thanks Javier!...

Campo mar ambiance is as cozy as Dolce Natura's, with warm lighting and comfortable seating the food at Campo mar is as flavorful as Dolce Natura's, offering a diverse menu with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. The food in both places looks terrific and it’s chewy and crunchy, I love the both places but also I recommended to eat in campo mar.
