So i was expecting an experience similar to what we have in the states. What i got was nothing close to it. Our waiter was pretty bad, you had to order twice because he wouldn't put the order in the first time, it took 15 minutes to get our drinks. We ordered our wings extra wet, when they arrived they were dry, so we asked if we can have sauce the waiter just gave us a direct no. Often visit here for wings and hamburgers. Today we received an overcooked crunchy and tiny hamburger. The service person said this was normal. The manager came over to repeat the same comment. Both started to argue this is normal. Having eaten here many times this was not normal. Service person made zero effort to provide even a basic level of customer service. Best sport Bar in the area, they have plenty of screens to watch any sports you can imagine (if they don´t have you can request it). Also have great specials each day and a Trivia Night every Tuesday!!... the staff is super friendly and the variety of drinks, crafted beer and national beer is outstanding.
