Visiting from California and decided to try this place out with some friends. We're so glad we did. My husband and I shared a 2 meat plate and chose the ribs and the brisket. Both delicious but if we had to do over we would have ordered double ribs because they were so spectacular. The meal came with 2 sides. We chose cole slaw and French fries. Both delicious. We also added an extra side of corn and we were glad we did because it was terrific also. The meal also included fresh rolls. We took leftovers since there was no way to finish it all. Delicious meal at Casa Brisk last night. We shared the "choose two" meat dinner. We opted for the brisket and pulled pork with coleslaw and fries as our two sides. The brisket and pulled pork were smoked perfectly. Absolutely delicious, as we're the sides. It was way too much food for the two of us, but we were very excited to take it home to enjoy a second night. We will definitely return, but would also consider ordering to go if we have guests. What a let-down! The meat was very dry…almost like they had previously smoked it, but then stored it in the fridge and microwaved it to heat it back up. I ordered the Texas Burger (brisket, pulled pork, and sausage). It was tiny and cost over 300 pesos. It came with like 8 fry wedges. There was no one else in the restaurant other than our group.
