Domino's Francisco Villa — Restaurant in Jalisco

Pizzas were great, when they finally arrived. Ordered through UberEats at 9:20, with the estimated delivery being 9:50-10:10. At 10:20 I send s request for an update since Domino's has their own delivery drivers so there is no tracking. No update. At 10:30 I'm getting concerned but I'm not fluent enough in Spanish to call the store so i again requested an update through the app. Nothing. We finally have our friend call the store, and amazingly 18 min later we have our pizzas. So 10:48, ONE HOUR past the estimated delivery time. I understand the weather wasn't great, and 15-20 min extra would have been understandable, but one hour with no update via UberEats. I recommend pickling them up or, if you speak Spanish, call the store with your order. The food was great, just took way too long...

Hoy fuimos a pedir una promocion de 2 pizzas y nos terminamos solo una, solicitamos una caja para llevarnosla y nos negaron la caja, diciendo que estaban inventariadas y que como pedimos para comer ahi no nos la podian dan. No ibamos dejar 1 pizza ENTERA por la cual habiamos pagado solo por que no podian darnos una caja . Entiendo que esten inventariadas pero no les pedimos nada regalado como para que nieguen una caja de carton, o cualquier otra cosa para llevarnos la comida. Pedi hablar con la encargada de la sucursal , a lo cual una señora detras del mostrador (que espero no haya sido la encargada), empezo a alzar la voz diciendo que para llevar se dan cajas , no para comer ahi, la verdad solo la ignore por que ni siquiera fue para salir del mostrador a darme la cara ni decirme su nombre en fin cero profesional , y al mismo tiempo una empleada me dio una caja , solo la agarre y me fui por que senti que no tenia que contestarle a alguien que me gritaba detras del mostador desde la cocina, como si estuviera en la plaza. Cabe mencionar que en ningun lado de la tienda encontre un letrero con dicha politica que la empleada menciono. Asi de simple .

No vuelvo a ir a esa sucursal de...

Extremely rude staff! I called to ask if they sold pasta because I didn’t see it on the online menu but I know in the US pasta is for the most part on the menu.
