Puerto Vallarta Airport Transfers — Local services in Zacatecas

We traveled to Puerto Vallarta for our 35th anniversary last week. My husband has short term memory loss due to cancer treatments, he had an email from this company confirming our reservation. No problem right?? Wrong it was for our trip last year, by this time they had already put us in a cab to our hotel and when the driver mentioned our destination we said that was incorrect. He got on the phone so did my husband, he was made aware of his mistake, still no big deal, I googled them for a round trip to the correct hotel, the cost $150.00 round trip. The guy on the phone says it will be $260.00 round trip since we’re in a different zone. We tell him about the price on the website he say no sir, and you can’t pay with a credit card it must be cash, for security reasons! I told my husband pay for a one way and we’ll figure out our return trip later. We took a cab from our hotel to the malacon which went right past the airport, it cost us $14.00!!! When I sent an email explaining how we were grossly over charged, I was told it’s because your in a different zone, no accountability for the $130.00 for a 20 minute ride, we took an Uber to the airport it cost us $12.00! Never again will we use this company , we did book our return trip for thanksgiving week, they will never get an other dime from us. Amazing service 5 ⭐ highly recommend. Cars are new and clean (I had VIP SUV). After getting through the chaos of the airport (which this service advises you about and give direction) having my name on the placard and being escorted to the vehicle was so seamless. For the return trip getting the confirmation pickup time the day of the trip was nice but would have been better getting it at least a day before and also getting one for pickup from the airport would be a nice addition. Other than that this was absolutely an amazing service and my driver (Luis) was very professional and respectful of my property (luggage) My driver spoke very good English which was nice to ask questions about some of the buildings around and talked about food on and off our resort. SCAM! I paid $56 deposit for a round trip airport transfer for a car. We ended up adding more people so I was told I would owe an additional $94 at the airport. When we got there I paid $94 plus tip in cash to a woman (not the driver) who led my family to the van. We ended up cancelling our return trip to the airport and ABRAHAM told me I was only due $40 because I only paid $56 in cash at the airport. He was not there and the people that work for him are lying. I called, I emailed, I spoke numerous times to him and he insists that is all we paid. It is simply not true.
