A small restaurant gem in an authentic Mexican neighborhood! The seafood here is all freshly prepared with original, sophisticated techniques and recipes. Small touches like the sopa de mariscos palate cleanser in little tin cups and the frozen homemade sorbet on a stick after dinner treat make this place especially charming. Everything we ordered was delicious and the service was impeccable, with the chalkboard menu and recommendations explained in English when needed. The margaritas were also carefully and lovingly prepared. All Covered Outside Dining! Local entertainment includes a parking lot across the street that has been utilized for a variety of neighborhood activities including, jogging, dog walking and children riding an assortment of wheeled contraptions. If you're looking for a place to chill w/ enjoyable food, look no further but Mariscos Botete. We had our vacation in PV and were looking for a place not as crowded as Zona Romantica. Mariscos Botete has the top reviews in the area. We ordered 2 seafood plates on the menu, and they were very fresh and mixed well with their ingredient. The lady server was very attendable and made us very enjoyable in there. Had a good conversation with the owner, Daniel (yes he speaks English), his passionate and effort determines the quality of the restaurant! Will definitely go back next time when...

Excellent small, family owned restaurant. The seafood was amazing.

We had shrimp empanadas for a starter and they were made in Argentina style with plenty of filling. The mixed seafood burrito was huge and tasty. The Baja shrimp tacos were crisp and not greasy. The mixed ceviche was fresh and full of great stuff.

The depth of flavors in everything was superb. They also had plenty of sauces to accompany and accentuate the flavors. I purchased a bottle of their own el Boteteto spicy sauce.
