McDonald's — Restaurant in Jalisco

Friendly staff, but the place needs deep cleaning. I personally killed 4 cockroaches and my nephews a couple more, this might be the reason why we all (7 people) got sick right after eating here. Went to the doctor and he said it was food poisoning. I got the chipotle ranch burger and when I gave it the first bite the patties tasted funny so I thought maybe it was from them being previously frozen but it’s probably cause they’re using old meat or they don’t have it at the temperature it should...

It was very clean and the service was fast. The only thing is I don't like mustard so I asked for no mustard on my burger and I forgot to ask for big Mac sauce instead. I went but up and asked for big Mac sauce and the teller said no. We don't do that here in Guadalajara. I had to ask for a manager. Servicio sumamente lento a pesar de no haber tanta gente en mostrador y autoservicio.

Los repartidores de Rappi, Uber eats, etc., Sumamente molestos por la lentitud en el servicio.

La pantalla de tiempo de servicio en autoservicio marca a a esta sucursal como quinto lugar en tiempo de servicio en este momento.

Aparte, las porciones cada vez son menores, inconsistentes (pedimos 3 desayunos delux y los tres tienen tamaños diferentes en las porciones del huevo, tocino y tamaño de los hotcakes) y aparte incompletas.

En tiempo de espera que estuve en mostrador (12 minutos) 3 personas de automac tuvieron que bajarse a pedir que les rectificaran su orden por qué estaban incompletas o cambiadas, en mi caso en mostrador nos entregaron la orden pero no nos pusieron ni las papas hasbrown ni los bisquets hasta que se le menciono al gerente que nos estaba entregando la orden.

Por último cuando llegamos a la mesa nos dimos cuenta de que dos de los desayunos delux venían sin tocino.

La verdad ha bajado muchísimo la calidad de los productos, el tiempo de respuesta y la calidad en el servicio, por lo menos en esta sucursal y en horario...
