This place has been a favorite of mine and my family for almost two years. Their new location at Sierra Leon Hotel is beautiful and compliments their gorgeously presented delicious plates. Every time we are in Vallarta this is our go-to for Breakfast as they have a great selection of local dishes as well as their own spin on some classic breakfast items. Last night was our first time trying the dinner menu and as always they did not disappoint. I Had the tortilla soup as a starter and mixed fajitas for a main dish. The tortilla soup was delicious and the fajitas were to die for. My wife had the Caesar salad as a starter and Pork tenderloin dish as a main course. If you find yourself near Blue Horizon, Maria Cuquita is a must-visit spot just two minutes away. The food here is nothing short of incredible, offering authentic Mexican flavors that make every bite memorable.

Beyond the food, Maria Cuquita boasts breathtaking views that elevate the entire experience. The combination of delicious cuisine and stunning scenery makes it hard to pass up this spot.
Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area—you won’t be...

It was such a nice surprise from start to finish. The menu had us stumped because everything looked great, but we ended up getting the same thing. Hard to believe at a bay-view restaurant we both ordered stuffed pork, but the description was incredible, and it lived up to it. We also ordered tuna tartare to split as an appetizer. Great presentation, and it was fresh and delicious.
The view was perfect and the breeze was pleasant. The background music was festive but not at all distracting. Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.
Highly recommend if you're looking to get out of...
