I ordered a vegetarian pizza 🍕 It came with bacon 🥓 on it. My mouth found out before my eyes did. I'm religiously kosher and this was absolutely horrifying to experience. When I told the waiter, he just gave a nod and left. I assumed he was going to make me another pizza. Never brought out the salad 🥗 I ordered. Came back 20 min. later and was stupid enough to ask if I wanted the rest of it para llevar. Fred Flintstone would have been more empathetic to the situation. I left. Never going back. Pizza is good but service is terrible. The guys are not intelligent who work there. Oh, and root beer floats ought to come with root beer, not Dr. Pepper. Second time trying this place and I can definitely say it's been a consistent experience after the 2nd time.

I'll start with the good: Salads are outstanding and a great beer selection.

Tried 3 different pizzas and they have arrived COLD, covered in olives, very little sauce and meat.....

Service has been poor... food pick-up/delivery (ubereats/rappi) appears to be a big part of their business- dine in customers take a side seat.

Girlfriend and I both ordered salads and a pizza, one salad came out, the other one and a pizza 20min after. Pizza was already cold but it took asking 3 waiters and another 10min to get chile....

So many good places to eat in Zapopan and Guadalajara - don't...

Esta cambiando y mucho para mal. El domingo por la noche deja mucho que desear. En todos los lugares está marcado que cierran 9:30 pm, llegamos 8:15 pm y el chico de la entrada con una actitud nefasta lo saludamos y solo respondió “díganme” ni si quiera un “mesa para 2?” Nada. Al pedirle mesa nos dice “está bien, si quieren pero cocina cierra 8:30 y el restaurante a las 9 y las pizzas tardan 25 minutos en salir” Aceptamos después de toda esa explicación. posterior a nosotros contamos 12 personas que intentaron ingresar a comer (lógico porque en todos los lugares dice que cierran 9:30 pm) mientra el chico seguía con su actitud y palabra de “díganme” esos 12 clientes Lis perdieron. Al final en cuanto dieron las 9 cambiaron la música, prendieron las luces y nos dieron la cuenta sin pedirla. Esta bien, es pensado trabajar un Domingo por la noche, pero si esta va a ser la actitud y la forma de tratar al cliente no mientan diciendo que cierran 9:30 pm cuando el servicio comienza a ser deplorable...
