Look, I go here and order out from here a lot. To be honest, they have some of the best sushi in town. Anything you order, you'll enjoy. No doubt about it, it's good food. But here's my issue. When I order through a platform like Uber Eats or Rappi, which I do quite often, I always leave a note. The note always says that I would like natural soy sauce(not the watered down soy with lime), and for them to add some chopsticks. The problem is, they never read the note. I always get that watered down soy sauce, and no chopsticks, and I have to eat my sushi with a fork. Who wants to eat sushi with a fork? I mean, come on. Read the note. THEN, I try calling them when I place my order to see if they could possibly read my note or ask them directly to put natural soy sauce and chopsticks with my order, and it goes straight to voicemail. It's just something so simple, so effortless, but they can't seem to do it. All I want is some normal soy sauce and some chopsticks. That's all.
Aside from that though, pretty great food. Get the Lobster Maki roll, it'll blow your mind.
That's all for now. Will update if they give soy sauce......

The fish is so fresh it could have been caught that day (and, not very surprisingly, most was delivered today from the coast according to the chef, and I believe they are telling the true, it really can't get any fresher in a city with no coast).
I sat at the bar, and the chefs who prepare the rolls and nigiris were real food masters. They explained with detail the differences between the fish, what part of the fish each dish was made with, how to properly eat, etc...
What I'm trying to say with all this is not only was the food amazing, fresh and very well prepared, but dining here itself is an experience. This is, no doubt, my absolute Japanese favorite in Guadalajara. I was enjoying so much, I forgot to...
