Wow! Rated one of the BEST tacos spots in Guadalajara, and they do not disappoint. They are located at the corner of Santander and Federico Ybarra. Be prepared to stand in line for a good 10-15 minutes before ordering, but once that order number is given, you can enjoy watching them make your tacos as ordered. They have tongue, lip, pastor, y coztilla (ribs). The tongue (lengua) is their specialty due to their long cuts and big pieces given with the taco orders. You can also ask to have the tongue in long cuts, meaning in lenght instead of chunks. Also if you order 1 taco they will automatically will make it 2, so be aware 😋. The lip is tender and quite tasty, and obviously the Pastor it's BOMB! super juicy, tender and with amazing taste which is a must try! And last but not least the costilla (ribs) tender and juicy. Truly a place to try if...

La fama y la gente muy probablemente es gracias a TikTok. Si nunca ha ido, tome esto en cuenta: • Se hacen 2 filas (muy lentas), una para que le tomen la orden y le cobren, y otra para que el taquero le prepare lo que pidió • En promedio 1 hora de espera, así sean 3 tacos o 20. • No hay infraestructura para comer en el lugar, va demasiada gente para las 3 mesas que tienen, de verdad, hay gente que come sentada en el piso o en su carro. • Aunque hay un sistema de fichas, hay comensales que llegan después de usted y que comen antes que usted! Sin duda una falta de respeto para los clientes que hacen fila y esperan su turno. • Si se desespera y mejor los pide para llevar, de todos modos tenga paciencia, porque la señora que envuelve los tacos también es lenta. • Y del sabor, la verdad está muy simple rayando en lo insípido, el sabor del taco será más bien el que le dé la salsa que le ponga, que tampoco son tantas salsas para escoger. • No hay variedad, solo hay 4 opciones de carnes: labio, costilla, pastor y lengua. • Los tacos no tienen estructura, se desbaratan solos, pero afortunadamente por ahí...
