We went for lunch on Friday. Such warm people there and so very inviting. The food outstanding…fresh pasta and the sauces perfectly balanced to bring out the amazing flavors. The filling on the spinach and ricotta panzotti was perfectly light and spinach forward. The tiramisu was so airy and delicious that it is addictive. We were shocked we were the only people there for lunch given the amazing food and service. March 26, 2024 - Dinner - A tremendous Italian Gem in the midst of Juriquilla, Mexico. I mean - the quality of the fare here was positively spectacular. The Cesar ensalada is a MUST! Tuve la oportunidad de conocer el lugar con muy poco tiempo de inaugurar, de boca en boca llegó la recomendación y ha sido de las mejores, es la comida italiana más deliciosa y auténtica de Querétaro, (y si, he ido a una trattoria de la zona y a los 4 restaurantes de un grupo bien posicionado en la zona) en Panzotti la pasta la hacen los chefs, siempre están innovando y plasman su talento creativo.

Delicioso, el pesto, las pastas, la lasagna, tanto de carne como veterinaria, y uff, los postres, siempre es una buena experiencia y un excelente sabor de boca ir a Panzotti

Adriana y Christian son los dueños y son los chefs y atienden su negocio personalmente, algo que ya casi no se ve, siempre somos recibidos, con cariño, como en casa y nos atienden excelente.

He visto crecer el lugar, mudarse, crear, es una lástima que no pueda uno comer diario las delicias que preparan
