Restaurante y Pastelería Panamá — Restaurant in Los Mochis

Firstly, my pictures dont do it enough justice :) We were in the Restaurant first, having hot cakes with bacon, maple syrip AND fruits, fruits with yoghurts, and a seafood soup. Each Single dish was a delight!!! There is a hug variety of dishes AND drinks, all looking delicious and fresh. Lovely for Kids, creative selection ... and the cakes in the pasteleria! Also huuuge variety in tastes and sizes, you can buy a whole cake or take away a Piece of cake for the way home. The Service was excellent, friendly and fast! Huge compliments, because the restaurant was packed and it has many tables. Very local and just an amazing experience for us. For me, its a must see in Los Mochis :)...

We were recommended this restaurant by our hotel receptionist. It’s a large place and part of a chain, with several locations around.

I was disappointed with the small portion of meat I received, especially considering the price. I had asked for it to be cooked medium, but it arrived well done. On one plate, we requested to swap rice for fries, and although it was only a 4 peso charge, it felt unreasonable to see this added to the bill. When they later asked if I wanted to leave a tip, I couldn’t help but laugh.

Despite not wanting to return, I came back the next day to try the liver and onions. Unfortunately, it was also overcooked.

No me gustó. Es como una cadena, se siente que vas al Vips. Si te gusta tipo Vips te gustará esto. A nosotros no nos gustó para nada. Solo estuvimos en Los Mochis una noche así que decidimos cenar ahí por los excelentes reviews y fue una decepción. Es un menú excesivamente grande que no te queda claro cuál es la especialidad. Le preguntamos a la mesera que nos sugeriría, que qué es lo más popular del restaurante y solo nos apuntó a otro menú con cosas nuevas, como que les dicen que vendan las cosas nuevas y ya. No se siente que te ofrecen un servicio sino que te están vendiendo (y de mala gana). Una muchacha anda paseando un carrito de postres por todo el restaurante y pasa a tu lado a cada rato, no me molesta solo te da una idea del tipo de restaurante. Así como tipo Sanborns pero con jovencitos de mala gana atendiéndote. Por cierto esa chica de los postre fue la única amable, ella fue atenta. La mesera y mesero que nos atendieron con cero actitud de servicio.

Pedimos la cena y nos hicieron un montón de preguntas de cosas si queríamos agregar, no entiendo eso. ¿Por qué necesito agregar cosas? Mejor ofréceme un platillo completo como deba ir. Todos los meseros se ven súper jovencitos y como que están ahí a fuerzas.

En fin, no me gustó. Pero en gustos se rompen géneros, obviamente a mucha gente...
