The salad that is pictured on the menu, full of green lettuce is not at all the salad that was presented to us. Also the the hummus is much more liquid than many traditional recipes. From the homemade bread, pepper jam, roasted meats and saffron rice with raisins to the hand picked greens harvested tableside, everything is homemade with love.
