Burger King Dorada 400 — Restaurant in Mérida

I think the only good burger restaurant that are clean, with dedicated and friendly staff at this moment is Carl's junior. We tried several both Burger King and McDonald's but they all excel in dirty dining areas, unfriendly, unwelcoming, unmotivated staff that just cant be bothered with preparing good food and creating good customer experience,

in this restaurant it is no different. So bad!!

Similar to the United States this burner king appears to be understaffed and not really keeping up with the clients needs. The dining area could use cleaning and the bathrooms as well. The hand dryer doesn't work and no towels.

Great nighttime specials however the food should be hotter. It still delivered that wonderful Whopper Sandwich that I love.

Sin duda alguna la peor sucursal a la que he ido, desde que llegamos había tirada en la puerta de la entrada una bolsa llena de basura, el suelo asqueroso y pegajoso, basura tirada por todos lados, mesas sucias y los baños ni se diga, los 3 inodoro estaban sucios, con la basura al tope y con un olor horrible. 🤢 Deberían de tener más higiene sobre todo al ser un establecimiento en dónde manejan comida. La atención de los empleados no es buena, pero tampoco fueron groseros, pero eso sí, si les pides servilletas o sobres de aderezos extra te hacen caras. La verdad no lo recomiendo y...
