Kuroshinju Tea — Restaurant in Mérida

The taro and cafe drinks were fine. However, the employees lack training. A simple "hola", "bienvenidos", something..... I entered walked up to the counter order as there were no other customers. The guy working at the register didn't acknowledge me standing there so I said "buenas tardes". He looked up at me, didn't say a word and then turned and walked away. A girl also working there came over and started typing on the computer. Also didn't say a single thing to me as I continued to stand uncomfortably just staring her. I asked her "hay una problema con la sistema?". She responded no just kept typing. "Puedo ordenar??"

I order and give her the money. She dumps my change on the counter instead of putting it in my outstretched hand. No "gracias"....nothing.

They make my two drinks and put them on the counter without saying a word. Again, didn't say "gracias", "tenga un buen día", nothing. I'm not new here, I speak Spanish (well enough) and can say was unfortunately one the rudest experiences I've here.

Quiero comentar que el día de hoy 3 de Junio 2023 fuimos a visitar por primera vez este restaurante de tea teniendo altas expectativas, entrando pregunté si habia tapioca lo cuál no tenian,horror, bueno me senti discriminado dado que fuimos algo fachosos porque estabamos llendo a casa y mi esposa saliendo del trabajo, nos atendieron pésimo y no nos dijeron nada, pregunte que llevaba una bebida y solo me bajaron el tarro señalando que tenia sin hablar luego que al ordenar nos percatamos que el personal nos veian y se reian de nosotros quiero pensar que no, pedimos tres bebidas que entregaron rápido y solo gritaron los nombres de la bebida y senti como que nos apuraban a sacarnos, sinceramente las bebidas muy buenas pero el personal muy malo, que mal, dado que es un negocio que...

PÉSIMO!! la primera vez que fui pedí una tisana fría con tapioca, poco hielo y sin sabor, quedé decepcionada. Pasó el tiempo y creí que había mejorado, la 2da vez y última porque no volveré, pedí un té verde frío con tapioca para llevar, mi sorpresa que ya en el auto lo pruebo y la bebida estaba SUPER AMARGA, y poco hielo como siempre. La tuve que tirar de lo amargo que estaba el té, no se podía beber. Se nota que su personal no sabe preparar tisanas y mucho menos té, se sabe que el té verde debe tener poco reposo porque si no se amarga, pero bueno, se nota que el personal no sabe de bebidas. NO VOLVERÉ, PÉSIMA...
