Everything they do is with good intentions, thoughtfulness, and Love!… from quality products to environmental responsibility in how they run the business is impressive. I have been an entrepreneur my whole life and I really enjoy well run businesses, that care about people and the product they deliver… and I really enjoy an amazing latte!… they certainly deliver! The owner Fernanda is a Special Soul… She is Kind, generous and a very smart business woman. She runs a great business, and it shows in the team she has assembled! You can see that they are a happy bunch who enjoy working there. That is a great recipe for success and brings a great energy into the environment. VEGAN OPTIONS! Such a cute relaxing clean, modern boutique style Café with a cute indoor neon sign to take a fun picture under. They also have beautiful outdoor tropical oasis type seating area if you prefer to be outside. The staff is so kind and very accommodating service. Era una cliente frecuente, iba a 2 o 3 veces por semana, invitaba a todas mis amigas y familiares, también tenía la aplicación para reclamar mis recompensas. Decidí juntar suficientes puntos para tener un buen desayuno con mis amigas y no me quisieron ayudar a hacer válida la recompensa apesar de ser una clienta que ha gastado más 7000 pesos en los pocos meses que lo conocí. Para entrar en más detalle decidí usar 2000 puntos para descontar $200 y ellos me hicieron un descuento del 20%, lo que resultó ser $50, es decir, me quitaron 2000 puntos para un descuento que vale 500 puntos. Francamente la respuesta que me han dado demuestra que no les interesa realmente lmontratan al cliente, no me hubiera molestado tanto la pérdida de mis puntos, más que la forma en la que decidieron no apoyar, les comenté que fue un error, y pedí apoyo, creo que fui una gran cliente al llevar a más personas (que a su vez han llevado a más personas) y he mostrado amabilidad con los que trabajan ahí, creo que lo más importante es como tratan a sus clientes, y sinceramente sino hubieran sido tan cerrados al momento de tratar la situación yo hubiera regresado en la tarde a gastar más dinero y seguiría asistiendo de manera frecuente como acostumbraba, y creo que la forma en la que me contestaron fue muy agresiva y buscando hechar la culpa sin demostrar como simplemente ustedes decidieron no ayudar a...
