I was recommended this place by a local. I love good chicken in the US in other little mexicos around the city and this place I believe ti be a chain was amazing. I traveled to Cancun, took a trip to the whole Yucatán peninsula and lunched as often as I could to this amazing chain of restaurants. I was skeptical that this location was able to find good service as they don’t have a parking lot and for a good time it was only one server. We arrived a bit before 5pm and I think they were closing up for the day. We don't speak much Spanish, but the staff were very friendly and accommodated us despite our timing. La cajera uicab Martinez según la nota de mi compra, no es apta para atención al cliente , malas caras y parece que en lugar de hacer que compren ,hace que uno se vaya , pues siempre que se pasa a comprar atiende de mala gana, y siempre respondiendo que si hay pero que tardará muchísimo en salir , como queriendo que uno se vaya, siempre dice arriba de 20/30 y hasta 40 minutos cuando se ve que no es así ...hice la prueba comprando apesar de que me dijo q tardaría y cuando opte en esperar puso su mueca y me cobró de mala manera ... los demás su atención amable .al final solo 10 minutos espere. ..Pero si no le gusta estar adelante cobrando mejor que la escondan pues da mucho que desear a la hr de ir a comprar .
