This is a MUST-GO seafood restaurant if you visit Cabo San Lucas! A little bit of walk but within minutes from downtown by Uber. We literally went to this restaurant from an all-inclusive resort just to experience the quality of food there. Great ambience, fresh seafood! Special thanks for our server (apologies I forgot his name) friendly helpful and patient.
The big rectangle plate is called Mariscada Los Compadres, which includes raw and cooked shrimp, octopus, snail, scallops, and clam. They offered a bucket of 6 beers for free when you order this plate. It also came with 2 house-made sauce that complimented the food very very well. It was so good that we cleaned the plate in less than 10 mins.
Another thing you HAVE TO try is the black clam. I have never seen it anywhere else before. It tastes light sweet, the texture is between raw and cooked jumbo shrimps. Oysters from the pacific was not that impressive compared to everything else.
The photo of two clams is called Special Clam on the menu. It is clam with raw and cooked shrimps, octopus and scallop with spicy sauce on the clam shell. I forgot the name for the seafood tower. I saw it from the counter and wished I had more room in my stomach to try.
There is nothing that I could be picky with. The food quality is top notch and fairly priced; good atmosphere and environment (even the toilet was clean clean clean and smelled good). Keep up the good work! I will definitely go back if i visit Cabo San...
Read moreChocolate clams! I have never known about this type of clam but was recommended by our waiter. Sweet & chewy with strong ocean taste but was delicious. I would go back for the clams, they had a variety of clams but I was not familiar with most of the clam names to really get to try them. Our waiter didn’t speak English but was so kind and patient with us and managed to figure it out. Tacos are decent nothing outstanding, marlin fish has the texture and taste of red meat. Apparently, Marlin is a popular type of fish in this area. The serve desserts, of course and flan and this fresh corn ice cream incorporated in a corn husk, it was refreshing. Also ordered sashimi and poke, serving various sushi items , these orders were just decent as well. I’ll be back for more food next...
