Cancino Pedregal — Restaurant in Mexico City

This is a very good place mainly for Pizza, there is a diversity of Pizza and specials every month. Desserts are really good as well as the coffee... Preparation and taste of meals are excellent. Along with its meals quality. Service is good and they are focused to deliver good customer experience.

This place is a good option while one is in the south area of México City. Atmosphere is OK. The restaurant is within a busy area (with more restaurants, shops and gym close areoun).

Service was pretty good. The venue was nice and cozy, there’s an area upstairs and another one downstairs. Staff was friendly and efficient. Clean WC. Menu was quite small. The sausage pizza was good, nice dough. The lasagna was ok, a lot of cheese, and a salad. Great parmesan fries. Drink menu was varied, had a drink with aperol which was tasty. Realmente a mí me dio tristeza el lugar, la atención era demasiado lenta, la higiene del lugar es muy baja, al sacar platillos ponen los tickets de orden encima de los alimentos; los sanitarios(baños) son insuficientes para la cantidad de comensales que atienden, además, de que no están limpios ni con papel o jabón suficiente. Cómo tampoco está bien la ubicación de los mismos y agregando falta de ventilación.

Tenía en mente a Cancino que tenía calidad en sus alimentos como de un buen servicio por haber comido varias veces previamente en Palacio de Hierro, sin embargo, al ver cómo salían los platillos jamás tuvieron la misma cantidad o la misma medida para cada orden en cada mesa.

Definitivamente deja mucho que desear el lugar y la comida.

La verdad ya no quise llamar a la gerente por no pasar tragos amargos en una celebración a la que íbamos. Termino atendiendo más rápido otro mesero.

Lo importante es avisar que no esperen mucho los que van.

La comida salva al lugar al estar rico, pero...hay que no tener tiempo determinado para comer en ese lugar, sino tener tiempo libre. Y tener muchas paciencia porque la realidad es que le faltan meseros y buena organización de estaciones por localización de mesas como también dentro de cocina y área de horno de pizzas, el espacio es muy pequeño para...
