The first time we went everything was good but on our second visit we had a very bad experience. Things began with the wrong appetizer. Then got what was supposed to be a meatless pizza with meat. When we told the waiter that we were vegetarians and the pizza had meat, he took it away and returned soon after with the pizza. Mi calificación va más enfocada al servicio que la comida, si bien la comida fue MUY BUENA (y vaya que soy fan de otros Cancinos (como el de calle Zacatecas)), el servicio fue pésimo, tardamos varios minutos en que nos atendieran, una vez atendidos tardo la comida en llegar y el lugar estaba a un 40% de su capacidad, durante el consumo pedimos salsas y mi brazo para pedir apoyo estuvo levantado durante muchos segundos (obvio no pido que estén al 100% de atención con los comensales, pero si tengan iniciativa y estén al tanto) una vez que se acercaron pedí la salsa y nunca llegó, terminamos de comer.
Para solicitar la cuenta fue otro tema, no la traían y duraron varios minutos sin llegar a nuestra mesa, la Volvimos a pedir y otros tantos minutos para que la trajeran.
