Cocina Abierta Artz Pedregal — Restaurant in Mexico City

Good service, fast, maybe a bit pushy. The venue was nice, good music selection. I liked the concept of this place as you can choose from 6-7 different restaurants (seafood, steak, healthy options, sushi, Mexican dishes...) and you only get one check at the end, kind of an upscale market where everything you order goes straight to your table. Gintonic was ok. Seafood tacos were very tasty (a must). The fries with truffle oil and Parmesan were tasty. Loved the vegetarian wrap. Bbq wings were not very tasty. The mamey tart was nice. Prices were a bit high for some dishes and cocktails. Overall a good place for lunch or dinner if you want to eat different...

I would expect that an overpriced restaurant would have a physical menu. I specifically asked for a physical menu, and they told me they didn't have one, that I had to scan the QR code on the table. The worst part, is that they don't even have an open WiFi . I had to ask for the password, and I had to wait for the waitress to go get it. But if there's something worse than an overpriced restaurant with no physical menu, it is a restaurant with insufficient restrooms. There was but one single toilet in one single tiny...

There are several options from different restaurants. The idea is good but the execution not so much. I had pizza which was quite mediocre, except perhaps for the dough which was alright. It is quite an expensive place for what you can get. Our main disappointment came from desserts: the pavlova was very plain, with a cream that lacked consistency and a meringue that was completely lost in the overall mess.
