Neighborhood Smoked Pizza — Restaurant in Mexico City

This pizza venue is supposed to open, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at 18:00 hrs, but most of times will be not, surely you will find it open at 19:00 hrs.

From the outside the place looks not so good, but when it is open and you get in, will notice it is a cosy place to spend dinner with your loved ones.

The ambience is casual with warm dimming lights, wooden tables and good music playing in the background, it is a medium size venue with good capacity, also there are dinning rooms if you need more privacy and I think they can lend you board games to make your experience more engaging.

The pizza created here is Neapolitan style, it means the dough is thin and crispy, for my taste, it lacks on acidity and was too crunchy, but certainly is well made.

On our case we tried a big sized pizza half 'B de Amor' (Sliced ​​eggplant, Salami, Fine Herbs and Mozzarella Cheese) and the other half 'Sublime' (Serrano Ham, Goat Cheese, Rugula and Mozzarella Cheese), it was delicious, the ingredients quite fresh with good quality, the only inconvenient was the cheese, it had good consistency but with lacking in flavour, also, we paired our pizza with a glass of red wine from Chile (Merlot - Gato Negro).

The staff is quite friendly and helpful, they prepare the pizza hand made in a conventional oven, just be quite patient, sometimes the preparation of the pizza could take longer.

In my opinion, by now, is the best place to try Neapolitan Pizza in the area, the prices are fair and definitely worths each cent...

Recién fuimos mi esposo, mi hijo y yo, y quedamos gratamente sorprendidos, el lugar es súper acogedor cada rincón es un espacio cómodo en donde puedes pasarla súper relajado y desconectarte del estrés de la vida. El menú tiene detalles que te invitan a relajarte y estar cómodo. La comida es deliciosa, la masa de la pizza es delgada y crujiente! artesanal 100% los ingredientes frescos y las combinaciones súper ricas. Y ni hablas de las alitas!!! quedamos enamorados de esas alitas que no podíamos dejar de comer aunque ya estábamos súper satisfechos :P Y por otra parte el servicio es increíble, te tratan como familia, lo cual te hace sentir súper cómodo y no te quieres ir. Definitivamente...

El chico que atiende aparte de ser el Cheff , muy atento y amable desde que te recibe , te brinda el lugar te arregla tu mesa con una velita y te ofrece algo de beber mientras prepara tu pizza al momento , italiana con masa delgada , ingredientes frescos, recién hecha y calientita, la ensalada enorme y deliciosa el agua era de cocoa con hielito y espumosa muy rica , después pedí una copa de vino tinto seco que iba muy bien con los sabores, del jamón serrano y el queso de cabra , la música muy relax, adornado como casa antigua , calientito y acojedor el lugar , muy...
