Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Mexico City

Ordered the new pizza magic, seven fries came along, wings were burnt and pizzas were different ingredients from what I ordered. No hut cheese on either of them even though it was ordered. Pathetic, do not order from this place this is not the first time their service turns out to be the worst quality. Also, called them on the phone and they hung up on me 3 times. Then the manager told me I will get the refund, great, told him to wait on the line until the money was back in my possession. He just left the phone there, with no answers from their side. Worst experience ordering pizza, definitely not worth the time or my money. Later the "manager" hung up on me. I decided to go there and confront him personally. When I got to the counter I asked for him by his name, Victor. The employee looked at me and asked why. I responded, I was in a call with him. He went back and then another employee on a suit came out, claiming to be Victor. Although his voice didn't sound like on the phone. I asked him why he hung up on me, and told me the line broke. Possible but not understandable. I asked about my refund and he told me that the delivery guy was on his way. 40 MINUTES LATER! He told me he can give the refund on the spot but since the driver was on his way I decided to wait, to see if he actually sent a delivery guy. While we were discussing I told him he was a terrible manager and he should change jobs. His response? Laughed while taking the mask of his face. I told him if this was funny for him, an angry customer in his face, complaining about the terrible services he offered, also told him that what he did, taking his mask off, was against the Health Department regulations. He answered, "I know". If you know you wouldn't do it!! I also told him if this was so funny for him, why don't he step outside for a moment. We can laugh together about it, his response was hiding behind the wall of the counter. The money was received at my doorstep in the end. But I cannot believe this place is so vaguely administrated, although with a guy like that what would you expect of a Pizza Hut. Oh and one more thing, there was a construction crew remodeling the restaurant without following health department code. Just if I haven't convinced anyone to not order...

Todo muy bien, lo que tendria que hacer corporativo es cambiar las calcas de la puerta donde indica el horario de atencion, ya que en mucha visitas he visto que llegan al 5 para las 11pm y quieren sentarse a cenar, el horario de la tienda es hasta las 11, la gente jamas entendera que a esas 11 la tienda ya tiene que estar vacia y cerrada sin clientes, y muchos lo hacen por molestar, igual con lo spedidos a domicilio, siempre hay uno que la pide al 3 para el cierre,aunque los repartidores de Pizza Hut siempre han sido muy mediocres para entregar a tiempo, primero platican, despues salen a pasear con la pizza en la caja de la moto, y por ultimo la llevan, en lo personal nunca las recibo si tienen mas de 40 minutos, no son la ultima maravilla, asi poco a poco van aprendiendo que tienen que respetar el empleo que tienen, aunque en sus oficinas corporativas tambien les importa un cacahuate si venden mas o siguen hasta abajo en el nivel de ventas, estan a la par de Papa Johns, y esos tampoco...

Hicimos un pedido por teléfono directo a Pizza Hut de eje central. Pedimos que por favor nos incluyeran en las dos pizzas familiares servilletas y sobres de chile. Tardó más de una hora en llegar, el repartidor no traía cambio, tampoco terminal para pago con tarjeta, la dirección equivocada, por lo que la pizza llegó muy tarde. Y sin servilletas, ni sobres de chile. Hablamos nuevamente a la sucursal para reclamar, nos volvió a tomar la llamada la misma persona que nos tomó el pedido, nos dijo que me pasaría al área correspondiente para reclamar, y solo nos dejaron horas enteras sin que nadie nos atendiera, la respuesta de la tipa colombiana, una tal Alexandra que nos atendió llena de sarcasmo y ningún tipo de disculpa.

En resumen, jamás volveré a pedir este servicio a esta sucursal y creo que tampoco a esta cadena, que se nota que no hay compromiso por capacitar a su gente y menos atender al cliente. Por cierto, carísimas las pizzas para lo pobres que vienen,...
